MOONLIGHT RIDE

... A chance to see your city from a new perspective. A social club. A chance to ride in a world without cars. A party on wheels. A place to network and share ideas. A celebration of the bicycle. An adventure - complete with wizards, beaches and secret trails. A bike ride! All of these things and more, sometimes all at once. We meet on the First Saturday of each month at the Sandbar on Grosvenor Street. Meet at 7:30pm leaving at 8pm sharp Come ride with us and find out what it's really about.

These will happen on the 1st Saturday of the month. Usually they will be 3 hour circular rides so we can be home and in bed for 3.30!!! But sometimes in the summer we will ride for three hours to the countryside, camp out and then ride back the following day.

There will always be two rides a long one and a short one. The rides will cross each other half way through, in hope that we can meet up. We did this becasue some people felt scared they were holding faster riders up and others wanted to ride farther.

BRING: Tent and sleeping bag (If you think you might want to have a nap before going home), Tools (spare tyres, pump, tyre levers, chain breaker, spanner, allen keys etc.), food, water, phone (if you have one or money for a phonebox), 1st aid stuff, map, food and drink.

If you have an idea of a place to ride to please email it, up to now people have said Tatton Park and Macclesfield Forest and also a midnight ride to a stumblefunk party. Again, if it's nice we can camp out!
